  • Question:
    How can I pay and when will my balance be due?

    Answer:
    By wire transfer, PayPal or by debit or credit card over the phone. The balance is due 2 months prior to arrival to Cyprus. Please note that balances paid by PayPal or credit card are subject to a surcharge of 3.0%.
  • Question:
    Are linen and towels provided in the villa?

    Answer:
    All bedroom and bathroom linen is provided. You will need to take your own beach towels to use around the pool and at the beach.
  • Question:
    Is there maid service?

    Answer:
    Usually cleaning services are not included. Your villa will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. But in some of the properties they offer mid-let clean. Please check this at the time of your reservation.
  • Question:
    Is there an iron and ironing board at the villa?

    Answer:
    Generally all villas have an iron and ironing board.
  • Question:
    Are transfers provided?

    Answer:
    We can arrange transfers. However this is a chargeable extra. Please check our tariffs in the “Airport transfers” section.
  • Question:
    Can we go into the villa before 3 pm on arrival?

    Answer:
    The official time for entry to your villa is 3 pm. If you arrive before, you are welcome to use the outside facilities, e.g. pool and sun beds, but will not be able to get into the villa until it has been cleaned. Please remember that previous guests will still be in residence before 11.00am so no entry to the villa or its outside facilities will be allowed before that time.
  • Question:
    Is a welcome pack included in the price?

    Answer:
    Usually yes, but basic essentials only, which usually include tea, coffee, water, juice, milk, bread, jam.
  • Question:
    Can we stay in the villa later than the confirmed vacating time of 11:00am?

    Answer:
    This is not possible, as the villa will need to be cleaned and prepared for the next guests. However if you have very special requirements for needing to stay in the villa after 11.00am then please ask your representative once in resort. We are happy to provide the villa free of charge until 4 pm if an incoming guest arrival is not scheduled on the same day. During peak tourist season it is very likely that an incoming guest will be arriving on the same day of your check-out. If this occurs, we may offer you budget accommodations nearby in a basic hotel suitable for showering and preparing for your upcoming evening flight home.
  • Question:
    How many different people can drive a hire car?

    Answer:
    Three drivers are allowed. If you require additional drivers the names can be added and insurance charged as an extra cost once in resort.
  • Question:
    Where do I pick up my villa keys?

    Answer:
    Details regarding your key collection will be sent to you 10-14 days before departure. Collection points do vary depending on the resort and villa you are traveling to.
  • Question:
    What is the size of the pool?

    Answer:
    Most of the pools at our private villas are approximately 8x4 meters; however some are smaller please check at the time of booking if this is important to you.
  • Question:
    Do the villas have safes?

    Answer:
    Only very few villas in Cyprus do have safes. Please ask at the time of booking if you require this information.
