Location: The Villa is situated in Agia Triada a short walk to the beach with its little fishing harbor, sandy beach and quaint chapel that the fishermen still use. There are numerous coves and harbors and the famous Fig Tree bay and Nissi Beach is a short drive away. The area is excellent for snorkeling and diving and the glass bottomed boats are regular visitors. There is excellent sea fishing to be had and boat trips are readily available. The Villa is a short drive to the resort of Protaras with its many international restaurants, bars and local Tavernas. A short walk from the Villa will take you into the smaller resort of Pernera with its excellent Seafront Restaurants and Bars. There are local supermarkets and seafront restaurants along the coast road within easy walking distance of the Villa. The 5 star Golden Coast Hotel is nearby.

The private pool and sun terrace has ample sun beds, a bamboo day bed, hammocks and pool shower. The terrace and pool is illuminated for alfresco dining. On the Sun Terrace there is a built-in BBQ with sink. There is a large dining table and chairs with a parasol for you to enjoy alfresco dining.
