Sea Caves Villa enjoys a wonderful elevated position, only 75m from the beach and coastline. Sea and mountain views can be enjoyed from most areas of the house including the private pool area, large balcony to master bedroom and the roof terrace which enjoys a 360 panorama of the area.
Accommodation & Facilities:
The interior of this link detached villa is deceptively spacious, well designed and fully equipped. The villa is accessed by a private driveway which leads to the main living accommodation.
On entering the villa itself, you immediately sense the modern clean lines and smart design features. The large breakfasting/dining kitchen is well equipped with fitted units in cherry wood, matching granite work surfaces and tiled splash backs. Major appliances include tall fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven hob and hood and microwave. The dining table has high backed leather cushioned chairs with large wooden surface seating 6 comfortably. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views (see below for details).
