Positioned on one of the most unspoilt  stretches of coastline. Only 5 minutes walk from the villa and you are on Main Street of Protaras with wide choice of local taverns, restaurants and shops. Main tourist area of Protaras – Fig Tree Bay is only 15-20 minutes walk. Paralimni with its cosmopolitan shops and pretty town square is 15 minutes away.  Ayia Napa can be reached in 15 minutes. The water park at Ayia Thekla is a great day out and it will take you about 25 mins drive from the villa.

The open plan living space is spacious with large patio doors to the front and rear of the property. There are 2 high quality sofas and large dining area table that comfortably accommodates 8 people. All mod cons are provided in the kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and top quality microwave, and large fridge / freezer. The large TV is equipped with Satellite (local) , DVD and CD player. Guest toilet with a shower is also on the ground floor.

The 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Villa can sleep 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms with Large Double Beds, third bedroom is with 2 Single Beds. One of the bedrooms with double bed has en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, Plasma TV, remote-control air conditioning and window shutters. There is main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
