Set slightly back from the principal Nissi Avenue that snakes through Ayia Napa, there are numerous supermarkets, bars, restaurants & gift shops within minutes. The tourist bus services patrol back & forth along Nissi Avenue every 20 minutes, meaning that a hire car is not necessary. This tourist bus service will take you as far as Waterworld Waterpark to the west, & in an easterly direction takes you along the coastline to Protaras, Pernera, & eventually to the picturesque local town of Paralimni, where the bus turns round & travels all the way back to Ayia Napa again.

 

Accommodation & Facilities :  Inside the apartment, it boasts an open plan lounge, furnished with two stylish sofa beds, satellite TV & DVD player (with a selection of DVDs for young & old alike), dining area with an oakwood table & six chairs & a fully loaded kitchen with washing machine, oven/hob/extractor, microwave, iron/ironing board, toaster, & kettle. The apartment also offers 2 double bedrooms (both with twin single beds) & family bathroom with a stylish corner bath & shower overhead. The bedrooms offer ample storage space with fitted wardrobes, as does the kitchen. Air conditioning is fitted throughout & is inclusive in the price of the holiday rental. Equally, each window is fitted with blackout roller blinds in order to completely block out the sun (ideal during those Summer early dawns) & prevents the room becoming too hot. Should you not want use the air conditioning, each room is fitted with a powerful ceiling fan. 

 

This apartment does offer two double sized sofa beds within the lounge to accommodate up to 6 persons in total under special circumstances. There are changing rooms/WCs on the ground floor of the block to serve the communal swimming pool & sunbathing area, solely for the use of guests & residents of this select 8 apartment complex.
