Location: Kapparis ( new area of Protaras) is located on the east side of Cyprus and is only 2 miles from Paralimni and about 15 miles to Ayia Napa and the breath taking Cape Greco. It is a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach of Kapparis and walking distance to local traditional Cypriot restaurants, bars, bakeries and supermarkets.

There is also parking for three cars which makes this the perfect villa for a family and friends holiday in Cyprus. Furnished to the highest standard it consists of a spacious lounge with a leather 3 piece suite, TV, and DVD. Separate dining area with fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dish washer, and fridge/freezer). There is also a shower room with WC, and a bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor. On the first floor are three large bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, one with twin beds and two with double beds. There are two bathrooms on this floor (one en-suite and one family) plus a washing machine, dryer and iron.
