The villa is situated on the beach of Ayia Thekla, near Ayia-Napa. Supermarket is just behind the villa. To the main beach of Agia Thekla is few minutes walk. There is a restaurant in 100 meters. Nissi Beach is 3 minutes drive.

. Fully equipped modern kitchen has freezer, fridge, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine. Shower and toilet is on the ground floor. Main bathroom is on the first floor.
On the first floor there is a double bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom as well. Master bedroom has TV.
There are air-conditioners and fans in the bedrooms and sitting room.
