Location: Villa is in Pomos village. Villa is on the beach and close to all amenities.
Accommodation & Facilities: This beautiful villa is built on the 3 levels. On the ground floor you will find open plan lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower and WC. Lounge is equipped with sofas, TV and DVD player. Kitchen has got all the necessary appliances, including fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. The washing machine is placed on the lower level of the villa.
The first floor comprises of 3 bedrooms and a big family bathroom with bath and WC. One bedroom has two twin beds, the other bedroom has one single bed (here can be put camp bed as well). Master bedroom has big double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. Master bedroom and twin bedroom share a very big balcony with fantastic front sea views. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air-conditioners.
If you walk down the stairs you will find yourself on a lower level of the villa. Here is located the fifth bedroom of the property and a shower room with shower and WC. Doors from the lower level will lead you onto big terrace with private pool.
Outside there is a private swimming pool, garden furniture (table & chairs), sunbeds.
