Kapparis (new area of Protaras) is located on the east side of Cyprus and is only 2 miles from Paralimni and about 15 miles to Ayia Napa and the breath taking Cape Greco. The local beach, called Fireman’s beach is just a 3 minutes walk and more beaches are within easy walking distance along the shoreline towards Protaras. A wide choice of local traditional Cypriot restaurants, bars, bakeries and supermarkets is also within easy reach from the villa.

Gardenia is a luxury 4 bedroom villa with its own swimming pool, large garden and patios in a quiet residential area. The villa has been furnished and equipped to the high standard expected of a modern luxury villa. Bright and stylish lounge offers plenty of sitting, rattan coffee table, TV, DVD player and stereo system for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area is equipped with a smart and modern glass topped dining table and 6 chairs. This leads on to the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including fridge/freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, water dispenser, dishwasher, etc. The kitchen also has breakfast bar and four stools. The living area has patio doors opening up onto the large verandas which overlook the large swimming pool and landscaped garden. The outdoor area is also well equipped and offers a dining table making it ideal to make the most of dining outside and enjoying the BBQ. Sun loungers are also provided.
Making up the ground floor is a large double bedroom. An en-suite bathroom enables the area to be self-contained for those guests who do not wish to use the stairs. There are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms. Master bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has double bed and the third offers twin beds.
This second bedroom also has an en suite bathroom and large balcony with table and chairs. Family bathroom has full-size bath, shower and toilet.
