Location:Villais located on Dekelia road of Larnaca. Just a short drive from the property is town centre of Larnaca. A mini market, lots of restaurants are within walking distance from the property. Beach is 50 meters.
Accommodation & Facilities: The villa is 3 bedrooms on the first floor and lounge with kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all you will need during your stay, bedding and towels are provided. On the ground floor there is well-appointed living room with TV and DVD player, a guest toilet, dining area with table and chairs for 6 persons. Kitchen has freezer/fridge, washing machine, cooker, and microwave. Master bedroom has double bed. Second and third bedrooms are with 2 single beds each. Main bathroom is with bath, shower and toilet. Guest toilet is on the ground floor. Around the property is a generously-sized front, and private car parking space.
There is no swimming pool at the villa.
