Location: Villa is situated in an quiet residential area of Ayia Napa, but only minutes away from the very heart of the resort, so it is ideal for families with children and for those who do not wish to hire a car. Its 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Selection of restaurants, bars and coffee shops for a few cocktails and entertainment on Nissi Avenue are few minutes walk away as well. If you fancy a more adventurous night, there are plenty of night clubs in 5 minutes drive. Larnaca Airport is about 30 minutes drive.
Accommodation & Facilities: This luxurious villa with private pool on the front is situated in a peaceful location. By the pool there are sun beds, garden furniture and a BBQ area for al fresco dining. On the ground floor there is a modern fully fitted kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer,  electric oven, microwave, toaster and also all utensils and glassware you will need. Dining area features a table and 8 chairs. French doors lead out to the pool. A tastefully furnished spacious open plan lounge has fire place, TV, DVD and two comfortable sofas. There is a guest toilet downstairs as well. There are 4 big bedrooms on the first floor of the villa. Three bedrooms have double beds and one is twin-bedded. One of the double bedrooms has en-suite with shower and toilet. Furthermore, there is a main bathroom with a Jacuzzi, shower and toilet on the first floor. Internet access is available at the villa at extra charge.
