Location: The villa is located in Ayia Napa 100 meters from the sandy beach. The nearby town of Paralimni has two large supermarkets to cater for all of your holiday requirements, but there are also many smaller local supermarkets, banks (with ATM's) & other shops on Nissi Avenue. 3 or 4 min drive will take you to the beautiful harbor (great for boat & fishing trips) & town with its Monastery square, fine Greek Tavernas & many other multi national restaurants. Water world, the largest water park in Cyprus is 5 min drive. Cape Greco & Konnos Bay beach a mere 5 or 6 minutes by car. It will take you only 35/40 min drive from Larnaca Airport.

Accommodation & Facilities: Arina villa is situated in a quiet residential area, close to Nissi Beach. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge with two stylish sofas, satellite TV and DVD player; a comfortable dining area with seating for six and a smart and modern kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer, kettle, toaster. The villa comprises three bedroomswith fitted wardrobes. Two of them have double beds, another one has two twin beds. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Baby cot is also available. There is a main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet on the first floor and guest toilet on the ground floor.Villa is fully air conditioned for 5 euro per day per unit. Internet access (2 euro per day) and computer hire are available for extra charge. There is communal swimming pool in the complex.
