Blue Electra is a new development of flats and apartments in Kapparis, a quiet village on the East side of Cyprus, just a few minutes away from the holiday hotspots of Protaras and Ayia Napa, making it an ideal location to spend your holiday. The apartment is ideally placed with the shops, restaurants, bars and beaches of Kapparis just a short, flat walk away
Accommodation & Facilities:
This apartment is on the second (top) floor of a small block with flat, level access to the communal swimming pool and sun terrace. Inside, the apartment has been carefully furnished to make the accommodation as relaxing as possible, whilst there’s a large private balcony for you to sit and relax, take in the Kapparis sun and admire the views across the Mediterranean. The living room with two luxurious leather settees provides comfortable seating for up to 6 people, with easy views of the flat screen TV, with its English-language satellite programmes and CD / DVD player, computer games. If you prefer, there is subtle reading lighting and an occasional table for your favourite book. The larger settee converts to a full size (5-foot) bed to give extra sleeping accommodation.
The superbly appointed kitchen features all the mod cons you would expect, including an electric hob and grill, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge freezer, stainless steel kettle, cheese toaster,toaster and independent spot and under-cupboard lighting. If you don’t fancy eating out, there is an electric whisk and blender and a full selection of cookware, pyrex, a wok and storage containers, set of sandwhich boxes, a set of childrens cutlrey and plastic plates and bowls all to suite your every requirement. Dining area is featuring a light hard-wood table and 6 matching leather dining chairs. A full dinner service and range of glassware and a fruit bowl and vase make for stylish dining.
The master room has a direct access to the private balcony features a sumptuous Queen size bed with light wooden wardrobes and individual bedside drawer units with own lighting. The room is finished in brown and cream and includes a blackout blind to guarantee a good night’s rest. A digital alarm clock radio is provided and the room is fully air conditioned and heated.
The twin room features matching single beds finished in brown leather, individual bedside lighting and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. For those who want to sleep in a little longer, a full blackout blind is fitted to keep the bright morning sun at bay. Step out from either the lounge or master bedroom onto this well proportioned private terrace to dine al fresco whilst enjoying the views. The apartment is fully air conditioned, and there’s heating too to make this a cosy home for out of season bookings.
There are changing rooms/WCs on the ground floor of the block to serve the communal swimming pool & sunbathing area.
