Location: The villa is situated in the centre of tourist area of Limassol, only 3 minute walk from the sea. It is a very quite area, but is at the same time surrounded by everything you would need to feel comfortable while living here: restaurants, shops, and bars, most of which are open 24 hours a day.
Accommodation & Facilities: This brand new luxury 6-bedroom villa with the floor size of 280m2 has luxurious living accommodation with air conditioning throughout and spacious balconies with the sea views. Spacious living room has comfortable sofas with several seating areas, and satellite TV, DVD player for your entertainment. There is also an open plan fully equipped kitchen, where you can find everything you might need during your stay, including a cooker, an oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and all cooking utensils. There is also fresh water dispenser for your use.
The villa has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (bath, shower, toilet) and 3 toilets. All the bedrooms have air conditioners, fitted wardrobes and bed-side units.
Two sets of bed sheets and towels are provided, as well as all the necessary washing and cleaning supplies. Outside there is private swimming pool, sunbathing terrace and BBQ and parking space for up to 3 cars. The normal living capacity is 11 guests, but could, on request, be increased up to 13.
