Location: Amelia apartment is situated next to "Apollonia Beach Hotel” in a quiet part of tourist area of Limassol is surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. It takes just 3 minutes to walk to the sea.
Accommodation & Facilities: This spacious fully air-conditioned modern apartment (covered area - 125 sq. m) comprises three bedrooms, living room, open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms and two big terraces. The complex has a swimming pool and is built in a way that ensures complete privacy for its residents. The balcony provides beautiful view at the gardens. This apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. In the kitchen there is fridge/freezer, stove, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine. The lounge has comfortable sofas and TV with satellite channels. There are two double bedrooms and one with twin beds, two sets of bed sheets and towels are provided. There is also an iron, a hair-dryer, as well as all the necessary washing and cleaning supplies. A parking space is available. The normal living capacity is 6 guests, but could, on request, be increased up to 8.
