Location: This apartment is situated next to the sea in the center of tourist area, on Makariou Avenue, where you can find the most prestigious shops and boutiques in Limassol. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. All the national holidays and carnivals are held in this area. It takes just 2-3 minutes to walk to the beach.

Accommodation & Facilities: This bright and spacious fully air-conditioned modern apartment comprises three bedrooms, living room, separate kitchen, and big balcony with sea views. This apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. In the kitchen there is fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine. The dining area has oval table and chairs for six. The lounge has comfortable sofas and TV with satellite channels. There are two double bedrooms and one with twin beds (they can be joined if needed), two sets of bed sheets and towels are provided. There is also an iron, a hair-dryer, as well as all the necessary washing and cleaning supplies. A parking space is available. The normal living capacity is 6 guests, but could, on request, be increased up to 8.
