Location: The village of Kapparis is a favorite spot for those who know Cyprus well and is just next to the well known resort of Protaras. It has some of the best value and quality restaurants and bars in the Protaras / Paralimni area plus a good supermarket, bakery and several small shops. The local beach called Fireman’s beach is just a few minutes walk from the villa but more beaches can be reached along the shoreline towards Protaras.
Accommodation & Facilities : There are two similar villas situated next to each other and are ideal for 2 families or 2 groups of friends, who wish to holiday together but at the same time enjoy the complete privacy of their own home. Agatha-15 villa is a new and modern villa equipped and furnished to a superior standard. An open-plan lounge is furnished with leather settees and coffee-table, it also has TV and CD/DVD player. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher. Crockery, pots and pans, glass ware are all provided. Dining area comprises an oval table and chairs for six.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom features double bed, the other two have twin beds. The villa has 3 bathrooms in total: en-suite bathroom in master bedroom, family bathroom on the first floor and a shower room with toilet downstairs. The villa is fully air conditioned. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
Outside there is a swimming pool set within an enclosed walled garden. Four sun loungers and a big umbrella are available. There is also an outdoor table and chairs which seats 4 and can be moved around the spacious patio area for use as required. If you like dining al fresco, there is also barbeque available for use.
