Location : Villa is conveniently located just 3-4 min walk to beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants and shops in village of Kapparis. In addition to the local facilities it is only about a 5 min drive to the bustling resorts of Pernera and Protaras and a 15 minute drive to Ayia Napa with its very lively night life. Sandy beaches, crystal clear water and a fun and safe family atmosphere, perfect ingredients for a memorable holiday.

Accommodation & Facilities: This beautifully located villa is tastefully furnished and fully fitted with air-conditions in all rooms. Open plan, spacious living area with two large leather sofas (which can convert to double beds) with cocktail table. For your entertainment there is satellite TV and DVD player. Double patio doors lead to terrace in front of your very own swimming pool.
Dining area has 6 seater dining table and chairs. Very well equipped kitchen with granite worktops all the facilities you would expect including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, etc. There is a wide range of utensils, crockery and glasses, plus plastic plates etc. for outside use.
The villa comprises three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, en-suite facilities (bath and shower over, washbasin, wc, capacious vanity unit) and a juliet balcony. The second bedroom comprises a double bed and has a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Shower room with washbasin, shower, wc completes the upstairs. Towels and bedding are provided, so you have to bring just your own beach towels. Extra towels and bedding can be provided as can a mid-stay clean for an extra charge.
The pool area is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace, enclosed by landscaped borders, providing a good degree of privacy. A garden dining table, chairs and sun loungers are provided. The outside scene is completed by an attractive Cypriot style barbeque. This whole setting faces towards a view of the Mediterranean sea.
