Location: Villa is situated in a new luxury complex on the beautiful sandy beach in the resort of Pernera - a pretty little town, situated between Protaras and the main town of Paralimni. The site is just a few minutes walking from Pernera Square, where a number of shops, restaurants and bars can be found. Walk along the golden coastline and you will find the beautiful Fig Tree Bay with its fantastic golden sand and crystal clear water. Water sports lovers can enjoy a huge range of activities here.
Accommodation & Facilities: It is a beautiful 4 bedroom detached villa with private swimming pool, garden and garage. Furnished to the highest standards, the villa offers guests comfortable and luxurious interior to relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday. Open plan lounge features comfortable soft sofas along with rattan furniture, coffee table wide screen LCD TV and DVD player for your entertainment. The well equipped modern kitchen has electric cooker, fan oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils. Dining area has wooden table and chairs for six.
The villa sleeps up to 6 people with three four bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with adjacent shower room downstairs. Further three bedrooms are situated on the first floor, all of them have large wardrobes with ample storage, air-conditioning units and separate balconies. One of single bedrooms has en-suite shower room. There is also family bathroom with full-size bath and toilet on the first floor. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Outside there are sun loungers and garden furniture on the private swimming terrace.
