Location: This lovely 2 bedroom villa is located on Dekhelia road next to Palm Beach hotel. Quiet and peaceful, yet only thirty minutes from the other resorts such as Protaras and Ayia Napa, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The sitting area features two leather sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table. TV and DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, freezer, fridge, fan oven, washing and dishwasher. Kitchen features breakfast bar with three high chairs and dining area has glass-top round table and sitting for four persons. There are two bedrooms on the first floor.
