Location: Ayia Napa is a great family resort area with lots of activities and entertainments for all the family, with simply magnificent beaches; it is a popular destination for holidaymakers of all ages. This vibrant and cosmopolitan town isn’t all about bars and clubs - Ayia Napa is also full of history and tradition: The centre of the town is built around a medieval monastery which has been well preserved over the centuries and a visit here is like stepping back in time. The villa is only a few hundred meters from the famous Nissi beach. It takes 10-15 minutes walking to an excellent entertaining Water Park.
Accommodation & Facilities: This villa is a semi detached and is next door to 2 identical villas (Ref 332 and Ref 333 which can be rented here). The villa is in a very quiet area. It has an L-shaped private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. It is well equipped throughout with downstairs benefiting from modern kitchen, dining area with seating for 4, lounge with 2 sofas, TV with satellite/cable channels and DVD player. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. Cutleries, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils are provided. There is also a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (master bedroom and twin bedroom), balcony and a family bathroom with modern bath and shower. Additional bed is available, so two more persons can be added. Baby cot is available too. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
If you are driving there is private parking having external lighting. Smoking is allowed in this villa
