Accommodation & Facilities: This fantastic luxury beach villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms surrounded by orange, mango and avocado trees is just 2 minutes walk to Pomos harbor. It has a private swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Private swimming pool “L” shape, 9m X 5m - 3 steps, suitable for the disabled. Depth 1,20m-1.80m.Cleaning of the pool every 2-3 days . An outdoor shower.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. One of the rooms upstairs has a double bed and its own bathroom. The other room upstairs has two single beds and a sea view balcony. There is one more room, which has two single beds, and a common bathroom with the bedroom mentioned before. The room downstairs also has en-suite facilities with WC, a washbasin and a shower. Downstairs there is a cloakroom with WC and a washbasin.
There are 6 air-conditioning units for all areas of the villa. There are 4 air-conditioning units for cooling and heating for all the 4 bedrooms and 2 units in the kitchen and in the lounge. The use of the units is optional and is charged extra with the additional cost of 3.00 Cyprus pounds per day per unit. You may select on request any number of units prior or when you arrive at the villa.
A fully equipped kitchen has Dishwasher, Oven, Fridge, Toaster, Tea maker, Coffee maker, Full set of kitchen utensils, Hobs and fan (electric), Microwave, Griller, Mixer, Salt and pepper, A wooden table and 12 chairs. Washing machine, Iron and ironing board, Hair dryer, Electronic safe box, Toilet rolls.

There is a mobile BBQ in the outside area of the villa.
