Location: The villa is situated just outside Argaka, a beautiful and somewhat unspoilt Cypriot Village sandwiched between the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and some spectacular mountains filled with pine trees. Argaka is home to a good number of traditional Cypriot restaurants, a beach bar and an Irish Bar. Only 1km away is a Beach Bar/Cafe and 2 traditional Tavernas as well as the beach itself which forms part of a beautiful stretch of coastline going all the way to Latchi and the Akamas Nature Reserve in one direction and ‘Pomos’ (the last village in the South) in the other.
Accommodation & Facilities: The impressive 3 bedroom, 3 Bathroom detached Cyprus Holiday Villa has been designed, furnished and landscaped to the highest standards and offers a real taste of traditional Cypriot village life. On entering the villa itself, you immediately sense the thought and care that has gone in to make the villa a true home from home. Access at Ground Floor level leads on to the Lounge with large comfortable sofas (1 is a sofa bed), TV with Satellite and a stereo system to create an uplifting atmosphere at any time of day. The adjacent dining area is equipped with a smart and modern glass topped dining table and 6 chairs. This leads on to the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The kitchen also has a table and chairs to seat 4. Making up the ground floor is a large double bedroom. The twin beds can be pushed together or separated as desired. An adjacent bathroom enables the area to be self contained for those guests who do not wish to use the stairs.
Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with Balcony affording wonderful views and en-suite shower room with double sized cubicle. The third bedroom is a twin and also has access to the balcony, as well as a bathroom with bath and shower.
Outside, the villa has a nicely landscaped garden featuring orange trees (hence the villas name), and other exotic plants as well as a 8m x 4m private pool with ample room for sunloungers (6 supplied). Outside the lounge is a shaded terrace with table and chairs and a Gas BBQ. The views from this area are quite spectacular, making it the ideal place for relaxing in the shade, taking in the views, alfresco dining and socialising with your party.
