Location: Ayia Thekla is a small quiet and exclusive residential area yet within close proximity (5 minutes by car) of Ayia Napa where there is a vibrant night life together with a number of sea activities including snorkelling, cycling, jogging, fishing, water skiing, wind surfing, pedalos, sailing and boat trips. Here you will find the excitement of Ayia Napa's Water World, counted amongst the best water parks in Europe. Within walking distance from the villa are the wonderful golden sands Ayia Thekla Beach - Macronisos Beach. Within 500 meters is a mini market, larger supermarket is about 1 km away. Three minutes driving will bring you to picturesque fishing harbour of Potamos together with its own quiet sandy beach and two fine fish restaurants.

Accommodation & Facilities: The villa enjoys quite and beautiful location by the sea and is perfect for families and couples.
On entering the villa there is a living room with two sofas (one can be used as an extra-bed) an arm-chair, a coffee-table; TV and DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, water dispenser, washing machine and iron/iron board. Dining table comfortably seats eight persons. The door from the kitchen leads to the patio where table and chairs are provided. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs – one double and the other two are twin-bedded. All bedrooms have mirror wardrobes and veranda at the front. Main bathroom has bath with shower over and WC. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is also guest toilet downstairs.

Outside there are swimming pool (shallow end is 0,80 m and deep end is 1,80 m) with sun beds, umbrella, and a barbeque. There is a shower outside as well.
