Location: Kapparis (new area of Protaras) is located on the east side of Cyprus and is only 2 miles from Paralimni and about 15 miles to Ayia Napa and the breath taking Cape Greco. Bay View villa is located within a minute's walk of the main street of Kapparis with numerous family friendly restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is situated on the beach and has beautiful sea views, another beach is situated in 3-5 min walk from the villa.
Accommodation & Facilities:
Bay View villa is a new spacious 5 bedroom luxury villa offering the highest standards both inside and out. Downstairs is a large open plan living - dining area with satellite TV, DVD player and dining table for 8 persons. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need during your stay, including a large fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, hob, dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils. There is a breakfast bar with 4 high chairs in the kitchen. Completing the ground floor area there is one of the bedrooms with a single bed and a shower room with a toilet.
Upstairs, there are four large bedrooms and a laundry room. Master bedroom has double bed, build in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower. Another double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower as well. Both bedrooms have the access to a big balcony with wonderful sea and pool views. There is a double bed in the third bedroom and twin beds in the forth one. The main family bathroom is located on the first floor, it has a full size Jacuzzi bath with shower over. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Villa is fully air-conditioned
The large pool and garden areas with beautiful palms are equipped with dining table, outdoor lounge furniture as well as sun-beds plus a large BBQ. The minimum booking period for this villa is 4 weeks.
