The villa is ideal for couples and families seeking a relaxing holiday destination with all mod cons.
Upstairs you will find the en-suite master bedroom with balcony and sea views, two spacious twin bedrooms and family bathroom. For larger groups an extra sofa bed in the living room which means this villa could sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
Downstairs has a large open plan living and dining area with separate kitchen area and cloakroom. The lounge area has comfortable leather sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. The dining area has seating for eight people. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.Outside, there is a barbeque, the south facing private swimming pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces. Garden furniture and loungers are provided for those leisure times by the pool or having lunch al fresco with a glass of wine.The carefully landscaped garden at the front and sides adds to the appeal.
