Location: The villa is in Pissouri Beach, only 200 metres from the beach itself. There are several good restaurants/tavernas including fish restaurants and an excellent Lebanese/Greek fusion restaurant, plus an Indian restaurant and pizza takeaway. The beach has a water sports centre and a diving club. The famous 5 star Columbia Hotel and Resort is situated at the end of the beach. Pissouri village is a few minutes drive away by car and is set upon a hilltop some 500 feet above the bay. It is a charming and typical Cypriot villiage with several tavernas, restaurants and shops. The villiage square is the setting for the local weekly Cyprus night with Greek dancing and music to entertain once a week in the high season. There are waterparks in Paphos and Fasouri (Limassol).

Accommodation & Facilities: Downstairs there is spacious open plan lounge with plenty of seating. There is also television with (limited) free to view Sky TV and DVD player. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and a fully fitted kitchen. Kitchen area features gas hob, electric split level oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. All necessary cooking utensils are provided. There is also a downstairs toilet and separate utility room with a fridge freezer and washing machine.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom has twin beds and an en suite shower room; the second bedroom features twin beds and the third one has double bed. All bedrooms have stunning views overlooking the garden and pool towards the sea. Two of the bedrooms have their own balconies with chairs and table. The villa has full air conditioning through out, plus ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. There is a family bathroom with a full sized bath and shower on the first floor.
Large shaded outdoor terrace provides comfortable seating with a table and chairs plus lots of comfortable sun loungers and parasols by the pool. Gas BBQ is available for your use.
