Location: Aaron is a beautiful villa with optional 2 studios is located in Ampelitis Village (Statos-Agios Fotios) amongst the vines on the beautiful wine route of Vouni-Panagia and enjoys stunning panoramic views. Ampelitis is a hillside village where you can still enjoy and sample the traditional Cypriot way of life, yet be within easy striking distance of Paphos and its beaches. Everything needed in daily life can be found locally as Ampelitis has a small supermarket, coffee-shop, 3 butchers, small restaurant (which also sells local produce) and the award winning local Kolios winery with restaurant overlooking the vineyards. Aaron villa wheelchair friendly and can be rented to you as follows: main house alone with 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms for 8 persons. Sole use of all facilities. Optional: 2 identical studios for 2-4 persons each to be booked with the villa only.

Accommodation & Facilities: Due to central heating and indoor heated pool the property is suitable for rentals whole year around. The main house downstairs comprises of sitting room with fire-place, TV/DVD/Playstation 2, a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan dining area which overlooks the heated indoor pool and has patio doors leading to the yard with BBQ area. Twin bedroom completes the downstairs. The bedroom is designed for clients with special needs or elderly people: bathroom has wider door opening and drive in shower.
An open staircase leads to the upper floor with en-suite master bedroom and another two medium sized bedrooms sharing one family bathroom. From the master bedroom and the double bedroom you have direct access to the two big roof verandas with fantastic views to mountains, sea and the village. In the utility room you will find a washing machine, iron and board.
The two studios with mezzanine are located in an annex connecting the main house with the indoor pool.
The superb heated swimming pool room is accessed from the main house and studios via a sunny glass corridor, overlooking the olive tree courtyard. The pool has a waterfall feature and a bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. A pool lift is available for clients with disabilities. Fruit trees and a compact herb and vegetable garden are for the use of all guests in the property. The play-area outside, box of toys in the house, cot/highchair and baby-equipment on request will suit families with children. There is a playground in the village, approx 5 mins walk.
