Location : Apartment is situated in a luxury frontline development in the resort of Pernera, a pretty little town situated between Protaras and the main town of Paralimni. Beautiful sandy beach is right opposite the apartment (use of sunbeds is free, changing rooms with lockers, showers and toilets are available at small extra charge). Walk further along the golden coastline and you will find the beautiful Fig Tree Bay with its fantastic golden sand and crystal clear water. Watersports lovers can enjoy a huge range of activities here. The apartment is in the very resort centre with an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops within 3 minutes walk. There is also SPA center in the complex; here you will be offered an experience of refreshment for your mind, body and spirit. Polyxenia restaurant opens for breakfast, lunch and evening meal with a large choice available. Underground and ground floor parking with CCTV is available for guests’ use.
Accommodation & Facilities:
This brand new (summer 2009) luxury apartment is fully equipped and styled with elegant design and all utilities are included. Open plan lounge features extremely comfortable corner sofa, stylish glass-top coffee table and LCD TV with satellite channels and DVD player. The well equipped contemporary kitchen has fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine and all necessary cooking utensils. Dining area features a table with seating for four guests.
The master bedroom features a double-sized bed, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room which has a large double cubicle. The second and is also a double with fitted wardrobes, bed side units and all modern accessories. Both bedrooms feature orthopedic mattresses for added comfort and all rooms are fully air-conditioned. Main bathroom has bath with shower over and toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided and changed every three days; the apartment is cleaned every day.
Sea views can be enjoyed from spacious terrace, which in itself is a prime area of the apartment,
while a comfortable outdoor sofa, arm-chairs and sun loungers allow relaxation and refreshment.
Complex includes swimming pool with baby section. Pool side bar with coffee shop is open until 2:00 am. For the youngest ones there is play area with safety floor. All open areas have large screen TV and music for your entertainment.
