Location: The villa is located in Ayia Napa 200 meters from the sandy beach. The nearby town of Paralimni has two large supermarkets to cater for all of your holiday requirements, but there are also many smaller local supermarkets, banks (with ATM's) & other shops on Nissi Avenue. Water world, the largest water park in Cyprus is 5 min drive. It takes just 3 or 4 min drive to get to the beautiful harbor (great for boat & fishing trips) & town with its Monastery square, fine Greek Tavernas & many other multi national restaurants.

Accommodation & Facilities: This new villa is situated in a quiet residential area, close to Nissi Beach and all major wedding hotels. An open plan lounge features leather corner sofa, LCD TV with local satellite channels, DVD player and surround sound system. There is also wireless internet and free view satellite with over 30 English/American channels.
On the ground floor there is also a dining area and a smart and modern kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including electric cooker, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Each of the bedrooms has access to a balcony. Two of the bedrooms are double-bedded, the third has twin beds. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. All the rooms are fully air-conditioned and fans are provided.
The main bathroom on the first floor features a bath with shower and toilet; there is also guest toilet on the ground floor.
There are two outdoor areas, a dining area seating up to 8 persons with a large fold-over canopy and the second, a relaxed covered sitting area next to the private pool (8 m x 4m) surrounded by green mature gardens. In addition there is a pool-house equipped with large double bed and en-suite shower and WC.
