Location: An absolutely gorgeous brand new villa on a new sea front development on the Dekhelia Road in Larnaca, between the Palm Beach and Golden Bay Hotels. The main town of Larnaca is a 7 minute drive away. The development lies within minutes walk of the main bar and restaurant area in the region but is far enough away not to be bothered with hustle and bustle of the area. There is a very good mix of local tavernas as well as a mix of very good quality, Indian, Chinese, French, Mexican and Lebanese. There are plenty of bars from intimate cocktail to sports bars. The Golden Bay and The Palm Beach hotels both offer a good variety of water sports including jet-skiing, water skiing and paragliding.

Accommodation & Facilities: This outstanding, spacious villa offers extremely high standard of accommodation and great sea views from the balconies and sun terraces. On entering the villa you immediately sense the thought and care that has gone in to make the villa a true home from home. Access at ground floor level leads on to the lounge with large comfortable sofas and fireplace. The adjacent dining area is equipped with a smart and modern glass topped dining table and 8 chairs. This leads on to the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
Making up the ground floor is spacious bedroom with a single bed and flat screen TV. An adjacent bathroom enables the area to be self contained for those guests who do not wish to use the stairs.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with balcony affording wonderful views and en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is double and also has access to the balcony. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The water is heated by solar panels on the roof.
Outside, the villa has a nicely landscaped garden and private pool with sun loungers. Outside the lounge is a shaded terrace with table and chairs. The views from this area are quite spectacular, making it the ideal place for relaxing in the shade, taking in the views, alfresco dining and socializing with your party.
