Location: An absolutely gorgeous brand new villa on a new sea front development on the Dekhelia Road in Larnaca, between the Palm Beach and Golden Bay Hotels. The main town of Larnaca is a 10 minute drive away. The development lies within minutes walk of the main bar and restaurant area in the region but is far enough away not to be bothered with hustle and bustle of the area. There is a very good mix of local tavernas and good Indian, Chinese, Mexican and Lebanese restaurants. There are plenty of bars from intimate cocktail to sports bars. The Golden Bay and The Palm Beach hotels both offer a good variety of water sports including jet-skiing, water skiing and paragliding.

The views from this area are quite spectacular, making it the ideal place for relaxing in the shade, taking in the views, alfresco dining and socializing with your party.
