Location: While Ayia Napa is popular with young clubbers it also attracts families with small children. This area is home to the best beaches on the island of Cyprus - between Ayia Napa and Ayia Thekla there are dozens of glorious sandy beaches large and small and the best of them all is Nissi Beach which is literally only a few hundred meters away from the villa. It takes 10-15 minutes walking to an excellent entertaining Water Park.
Accommodation & Facilities : This villa is a semi detached and is next door to 2 identical villas (Ref 267 and Ref 333 which can be rented here). The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. This house can be both a permanent residence or a holiday resort for you and your family (for wedding parties, couples and families looking for a nice quiet and private place). The villa has two bedrooms additional queen size bed can be added, so can sleep 6 people, there is also a cot for infants as well. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes, bed-side units and air-conditioners. Main bathroom includes bath with shower over and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. In the living room you will find LCD TV and DVD player for your entertainment. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. Cutleries, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils are provided. There is also a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. If you are driving there is private parking having external lighting.
