Location: Golden Sands villa is located in the heart of cosmopolitan Ayia Napa. This area is home to the best beaches on the island of Cyprus - between Ayia Napa and Ayia Thekla there are dozens of glorious sandy beaches large and small and the best of them all is Nissi Beach which is literally only a few hundred meters away from the villa. It takes 10-15 minutes walking to an excellent entertaining Water Park. Apart from sunbathing on the beaches and enjoying swimming, diving and kayaking in the sea, there are of course a huge number of Greek and Roman relics on the island.
Away from the coast, the interior of Cyprus is wholly different. It has a timeless feel to it, with terraced vineyards and mountainous terrain ideal for hiking or mountain biking.

Accommodation & Facilities: This villa is a semi detached and is next door to 2 identical villas (Ref 267 and Ref 332, which can be rented here). The villa has a private swimming pool, enjoys access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. This house can be both a permanent residence or a holiday resort for you and your family (for wedding parties, couples and families looking for a nice quiet and private place).
The villa has two bedrooms, additional queen size bed can be added, so it can sleep 6 people, there is also a baby cot available as well. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes, bed-side units and air-conditioners. Main bathroom includes bath with shower over and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. In the living room there is LCD TV and DVD player. Kitchen is fully fitted with a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. Cutleries, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils are provided. There is also a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. If you are driving there is private parking having external lighting.
