Location: Nefeli semi-detached villa is located within 50 meters from the beach on Dekhelia road in the up-market Kermia complex. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 10 minutes drive from Larnaca centre and thirty minutes from the other resorts such as Protaras and Ayia Napa, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including many excellent restaurants for eating out and the local market. The complex itself includes an excellent restaurant and mini-market.

Accommodation & Facilities : The Nefeli villa is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything for a perfect holiday home. The living room features two sofas, TV, DVD, CD player and coffee table. Open-plan kitchen comes with a large fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils. Dining area is furnished with a wooden table and four chairs. There are two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom upstairs. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
On the two shaded terraces, front and back, tables and chairs are also provided for you to enjoy alfresco dining. Outside there is also an outdoor shower - very useful when you come in sandy from the sea. The house is fully air-conditioned, it is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
