There are gardens all around the apartment block, creating a wonderful atmosphere of being isolated from the noise of the city, even though the apartment building is only a 3 minute walk from the sea.

Accommodation & Facilities: This spacious fully air-conditioned modern apartment (covered area - 95 sq. m,) comprises 2 bedrooms, big living room, kitchen, big bathroom, 2 balconies. The balcony provides beautiful view at the gardens. This apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. In the kitchen there is fridge/freezer, stove, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine. The lounge has comfortable sofas and TV with satellite channels. There are one double bedroom and one with twin beds, two sets of bed sheets and towels are provided. There is also an iron, a hair-dryer, as well as all the necessary washing and cleaning supplies. A parking space is available. The normal living capacity is 4 guests, but could, on request, be increased up to 5.
