Location: Cliantha villa is set in a fantastic location on the seafront, right in the heart of Protaras from which to explore the beautiful resort of Protaras and the Fig Tree Bay area in particular.
The main Protaras strip is a leisurely 5-minute walk away, with its restaurants, bars and shops plus its lively nightlife. The famous, extremely popular Fig Tree Bay is just a 150 meters away. Water-skiing, diving, snorkelling, fishing, para-sailing, banana boat rides, windsurfing, etc. as well as horse-riding are all available nearby.

Accommodation & Facilities: The villa is ideally suited for families. Villa’s sitting room has corner sofa, LCD TV, DVD player and a coffee table in front of fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, cooker and oven (Miele) and plenty of crockery, glasses and utensils. Dining area has seating fro six.
One of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor, it has double bed and comes with it’s own en-suite bathroom. There are two further en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, one of them features double bed, and another one is twin-bedded. There is also a big balcony with spectacular views on the first floor. All bed linen and bath towels are provided for your use.
The villa covers area of 1200 sq meters, it has a big landscaped garden and generous swimming pool (17m x5 m) with Jacuzzi. It also features a terrace with spectacular views over the nearby shoreline, it has table and chairs – perfect for breakfast or evening drinks. Outside lounge areas also include stone-built BBQ and beautifully finished granite bar.
