This luxury 3 bedroom villa is in an excellent location just 3 mins walk from one of the best sandy beaches in Coral Bay. It has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard throughout and offers a fully fitted kitchen with a bright and spacious living and dining room, 3 comfortable bedrooms, king size bed and a luxury en-suite and family bathroom.
The bright and spacious living/dining room has been beautifully furnished and has large sliding doors opening onto a patio which is surrounded by tropical plants. There is also a large flat screen TV and DVD player with a good selection of movies.
Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and board, microwave, oven and hob, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Sunny patio directly outside kitchen french doors provides a lovely place to have breakfast.
The main bedroom has a king size bed with luxury en-suite and a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sea view and sunsets. The remaining 2 bedrooms are twin rooms and have balconies with sea and mountain views. All rooms have air con and wardrobes.
En-suite bathroom to master bedroom comes with bath/shower and wc. Two remaining bedrooms share second bathroom with bath/shower and wc. Water pump and immersion heater ensures powerful, hot showers at all times. Towels and linen are included. Maid service on changeover or during stay can be arranged upon request.
The exterior of the villa features an attractive landscaped garden with tropical plants, a lawned area ideal for children and a private chlorine free pool (toys and inflatables available). There are 2 large patios, both with very comfortable furniture for alfresco dining and sun loungers with cushions for relaxing around the pool. There is also a portable BBQ to make the most of the warm summer evenings. Air conditioning, heating, towels and linen are included in the price, as is a cot and highchair and sterilizer. There is also a safety deposit box for valuable items.
