Location: Kapparis offers a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops and is ideally located just off the coast (a number of new shops including a bakery and a new cafe opened at the start of the 2008 season). The nearest beach to the villa, Malama Bay (100 meters) has its own watersports centre. At the head of the beach is the Malama Hotel which has a pool, bar, shop, restaurant and tennis courts all of which are open to the public. If you follow the coastal path a little further you'll discover a host of secluded bays and coves all with crystal clear water. The more well know beach in the area, Fireman’s Bay, is just a 10 minute walk away.

Accommodation & Facilities: This beautiful and modern villa is tastefully furnished. Every detail was cared for to provide extremely comfortable and luxurious accommodation. Open plan living area features two bright sofas, white leather arm-chair, a coffee table and TV with DVD player. The modern kitchen comes with all the facilities you would expect including gas hob, oven dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, frappe blender etc. There is a wide range of utensils, crockery and glasses. There is also a breakfast bar with four chairs. Dining area has lazy-Susan table and six chairs.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are upstairs. Master bedroom comes with double bed with bed-side units, wall mirror and en-suite bathroom with a full-size bath and toilet. Two further bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom with shower cabin and toilet. Towels and bedding are provided, so you have to bring just your own beach towels.

The pool area is surrounded by an extensive sunbathing terrace, enclosed by landscaped borders, providing a good degree of privacy. A garden dining table, chairs and sun loungers are provided.
