Location: Kapparis is a relatively quiet resort, yet has a great choice of restaurants and bars for those nights that you want to stay close to the villa. The villa is ideally located for those who want to escape and relax, yet it is close enough to larger resorts to benefit from all that they have to offer should you want something more lively. The nearest beach to the villa, Malama Bay, is an easy 3 minute stroll away and has its own watersports centre. If you follow the coastal path a little further you'll discover a host of secluded bays and coves all with crystal clear water. The better known beach in the area, Fireman’s Bay, is also just a 10 minute walk away.

Accommodation & Facilities: This perfectly located villa is decorated in traditional style and fully fitted with air-conditions in all rooms. Open plan, spacious living area has large leather sofas with glass-top table, there is also TV and DVD player. Double patio doors lead to terrace in front of private swimming pool.. Dining area has wooden dining table and chairs for six persons. Very well equipped kitchen comes with granite bar and all the facilities you would expect including fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary cooking utensils, crockery and glasses. For your convenience there is also shower room on the ground floor.
The villa comprises three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite facilities (bath and shower over, washbasin, wc) and a balcony. The two further bedrooms have twin beds. Family bathroom with bath with shower over, washbasin, and wc completes the upstairs. Towels and bedding are provided, so you have to bring just your own beach towels.
The pool area is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace where sun loungers are provided. For alfresco dining there is a table and chairs together with an attractive Cypriot style barbeque.
