Location: Dekhelia in Larnaca Bay is the area which combines stunning beaches, a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as numerous amenities including supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and bakeries. Its close proximity to Larnaca town centre rich in history with interesting older quarters makes it a perfect base from which to explore central and eastern Cyprus. Holidays in Larnaca are not complete without a trip to one of the more traditional Cypriot villages like Lefkara, famous for its lace, or Kiti with its superb Byzantine church. The fabulous Stavrovouni monastery is a Larnaca holiday must (but women not allowed inside). Winter holidays in Larnaca offer the chance to see hundreds of pink flamingos and migratory birds in the salt lakes near the town.

Accommodation & Facilities: Bernice luxury villa is tastefully furnished and equipped to the highest standard for a perfect holiday. It enjoys the position on the seafront, just few meters away from a beautiful sandy beach.
The open plan ground floor features living area with cream-colour luxury sofas, wide-screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen benefits from an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, water dispenser, dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, kettle, frappe blender and all necessary cooking utensils provided. The dining area is furnished with a wooden table overlooking the garden and the sea.
There is also equipped study room on the ground floor, Internet access is available.
Shower room – very useful when coming back from the beach – completes downstairs area.
On the first floor 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located. Master bedroom features a king-size bed, LCD TV, dressing table and has en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. The second bedroom has a single bed, the third features twin beds. Family bathroom has a full-size bath with shower overhead and WC. All bed linen and towels are provided. Air-conditioning is provided in all bedrooms, living area and kitchen.
Outside of the villa a stone-built barbeque is provided along with a table and chairs for alfresco dining. Sun loungers are also provided.
