Location: Aveon villa is located merely 5 minutes walk to the local beach and coastline where you can take leisurely strolls or swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean sea. A couple of minutes walk from the villa will also take you to the local Kapparis main road where various bars, excellent tavernas and restaurants can be found. A small supermarket is located close by. The resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are only a 10 and 15 minute drive away respectively if you wish to enjoy what they have to offer.
Accommodation & Facilities: A luxury, well appointed and tastefully furnished Aveon 2 bedroom villa has it’s own private pool and is located on a prestige's development in a quiet cul-de-sac. The living room, kitchen and dinning room are open plan with seating and dinning for 6 people. One of the leather sofas converts into a double bed. In the living room there is wide screen satellite TV, DVD player, PlayStation and MP3/CD Hi-fi. The kitchen is fully fitted with high spec appliances, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, iron and juicer.
You will also find a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. Two sets of patio doors lead onto the patio area where you will find a heated pool and small garden, where orange and lemon trees grow throughout the year. Sun lounges are provided, as well as table and chairs and barbeque. The outside area is completely illuminated, including the pool, and provides a beautiful area to enjoy at night-time.
Upstairs there are two en-suite bedrooms. Double bedroom is fully fitted and furnished with its own balcony and en-suite bathroom. The second twin bedroom is fully fitted, furnished and also en-suite.
