Location: Astra 2 bedroom semi detached house is situated in a quiet location, yet in the centre of the tourist area. It is just 300m from the beach, 150m from Arsinoe hotel, 100m from Navarria hotel and 1km from Four Seasons hotel. The town's carefree holiday atmosphere, with wide seafront promenade and bustling little shopping streets, is matched by the gaiety and lively character of its people. With its fun-loving reputation and the best nightlife on the island it is fitting that only Limassol stages some of the Island s best-known festivals: the annual Wine Festival in September, the ten day pre-Lenten Carnival with masquerade parties balls and grand parades, the Limassol Festival in summer and the ancient Drama Festival at Kourion.
Accommodation & Facilities: The property is comfortably furnished and equipped for a perfect holiday. Lounge features two sofas, coffee table, LCD TV and CD/DVD player for your entertainment. Behind the lounge is the dining area with table to seat 6. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes electric cooker, oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, water dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine and all cooking utensils are provided. There is also a breakfast table and four high stools. Large terrace is accessed from the living room, table, chairs and barbeque place are provided.
The two bedrooms and family bathroom are located upstairs. One of the bedrooms comprises twin beds and a folding sofa (this room can sleep 2-4 people). Another bedroom has double bed of the bedrooms comprise double bed; there are spacious wardrobes and air-conditioning units included. Large bathroom has shower and toilet.
