Location: Ayia Thekla is a small quiet and exclusive residential area yet within close proximity (5 minutes by car) of Ayia Napa where there is a vibrant night life together with a number of sea activities including snorkeling, cycling, jogging, fishing, water skiing, wind surfing, pedals, sailing and boat trips. The villa is situated within a 2 min drive from a Blue Flag beach; shops and restaurants are close by. One of the main attractions of Ayia Napa is WaterWorld Waterpark - the biggest themed waterpark in Europe! It is situated between Ayia Napa and Ayia Thekla.

Accommodation & Facilities: This tastefully furnished 2 bedroom villa with stunning sea views is situated near Ayia Napa, within the quiet residential area of Ayia Thekla. It sits in a cul de sac on a small new development less than 50 meters to the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea.
The villa has an open plan lounge with Satellite TV, DVD, PS2 (with selection of games) and a CD/ MP3/Radio player. Two patio doors lead to the terraces, private pool and landscaped gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with separate dining area. There is also a downstairs cloakroom and air conditioning throughout for a comfortable stay!
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, one double room and one twin room both complete with quality orthopedic mattresses for your comfort. There is also a foldaway travel bed (plus cot available upon request). The master bedroom benefits from a balcony overlooking the private pool together with fantastic views of the sea. The villa has a good size family bathroom.
