Location: This new executive villa is located in Agios Tychonas on top of the hill with stunning sea and mountain views. Agios Tychonas village is east of Limassol, at the historic district of Amathus, and now tourist center with 5 star hotels, an abundance of restaurants, bars, clubs, souvenir shops, designer outlets, banks and much more. Beach is only 5 min drive from the villa. It is a very quite area, but is at the same time surrounded by everything you would need to feel comfortable while living here.

Accommodation & Facilities: Super luxury 6-bedroom villa has luxurious living accommodation with air conditioning throughout and spacious balconies with breathtaking sea and mountain views. Spacious living room has comfortable sofas with several seating areas, built in plasma TV with satellite channels and DVD player for your entertainment. Dining area features fire place and dining table for 15 people. Kitchen is complete with modern oven, hobs, dishwasher and microwave, large fridge, water dispenser hot and cold water, washing machine. The villa has 6 en-suite bedrooms and guest toilet. There are five double bedrooms with stunning sea views and one single bedroom all en-suite. Two bedrooms are on the swimming pool level with a patio outside and the hot tub area next to the swimming pool. They both have en-suite bathrooms with bath and water jet shower, one of them has a walk-in wardrobe. One single room and a double room are on the ground floor. The double room is en-suite with water jet shower and has a private patio with magnificent sea views and green around. On the first floor there are two master bedrooms. One has bathroom with water jet shower and two private verandas facing the sea. The other has an en-suite jacuzzi and an extra shower with water jet. All bathrooms have bidets. There is an inside elevator from the swimming pool level to the first floor. On the top there is roof garden with sunbeds and a fully equipped gym (tread mill, bicycle, weights, weight bench and steam bath and sauna). We can accommodate up to 16 people by adding extra beds
