Location: Villa is situated ina quiet place, one of Limassol residential areas. Agia Phyla is in the middle of Limassol, 3 km from the sea, 5 minutes form the city centre and only 30 min from the Troodos Mountains. This residential area is suitable not only for luxury short holidays, but also for long term residence. It takes about 45 mins to drive from Larnaka airport to the villa.

On the ground floor there is spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Lounge features comfortable leather sofas and arm-chair, TV and DVD player.
Kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, including oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier. Ample crockery pots, pans and cutlery are provided. Open plan dinning room seats 8 people and overlooks onto the un-overlooked swimming pool and barbeque area.
