Location : Alatea villa is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of shoreline in Cyprus. It's in a peaceful setting on the seafront, but just 3 km to Agia Napa Water Park, five minutes drive to Nissi Beach and ten minutes to the centre of Agia Napa where you can enjoy the extensive night life and a few minutes more to Protaras and Paralimni. The immediate area is quite beautiful with the villas very close to the sea and the sea itself very sheltered and ideal for snorkeling and fishing. The Potamos creek and fishing shelter is unique providing a base for scores of traditional fishing boats and a good fish restaurant (1 km away).
Accommodation & Facilities : Alatea villa enjoys magnificent south sea views across the Mediterranean. The villa is well designed and fully equipped for a perfect holiday. The lounge has large LCD TV with Satellite and DVD, and is accompanied by a bright corner sofa. The kitchen is well equipped with fitted units. Major appliances include fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven hob and microwave. There is also a breakfast bar with seating for five. Double bedroom (with sofa-bed) and w/c with a shower complete the ground floor.
Access to the upstairs accommodation is gained by a wide and open staircase and landing. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite shower room; patio doors lead to a spacious terrac. The second bedroom is a twin room. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and bedside units. Completing the upstairs is a family bathroom with bath, shower and wc. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
Outside the villa has a private pool (heated) with sun loungers; the terrace is equipped with table and chairs and BBQ providing the ideal place for relaxing, taking in the views and alfresco dining.
