Location: Villa is situated in a peaceful location uphill in Ayia Napa and enjoying panoramic views on the sea and surroundings. It takes 10-15 minutes drive to get to the beach and Ayia Napa centre with a selection of fantastic restaurants and bars. For nights out there is also plenty of night clubs as well offering a variety of music. Nearby supermarket in Paralimni is just in 5 minutes drive from the villa.
Accommodation & Facilities: This luxury villa with floor area of 450 square meters has generous garden and its own private swimming pool (15x6 meters) and covers area of more than 1500 square meters.
