Location: Bungalow is located just outside the historic district of Amathus and the main tourist area. Here you can find some of the best 5* hotels on the island and a variety of restaurants, bars, clubs, souvenir shops and much more.
Governors Beach is 10 mins drive, where there are several sandy coves to explore, great restaurants serving traditional authentic Greek-Cypriot Cuisine.

Accommodation & Facilities: On entering the villa there is a spacious lounge with comfy sofas with cushions that add extra comfort, TV, DVD/CD player.
The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you might need, including fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher. All cooking utensils provided for your use. Dining area has elegant table and seating for eight people. Lounge and Dining area features patio doors leading out to the terrace/pool.
The villa comprises three bedrooms: two double and one twin. All bedrooms have a panoramic mountain view, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your use. The villa is fully air-conditioned; for winter lets there is central heating.
The villa has its own private large pool, sunk into a paved sun terrace with an outside shower, sun loungers, hammock, parasols, dinning table, chairs for al-fresco dinning and a Barbecue house which has a Traditional Cypriot rotating barbecue. Outside the villa you will also find pretty gardens, exotic rockeries and large lawns. Children can enjoy the activity centre with swings -slide-combined climbing frame, and lots more.
The garage is located side of the bungalow if needed operated by electric door. The drive holds up to ten cars with a locked gate at the entrance. Bungalow is secured with wired fence all round, and security lighting all round.
