Flora 2 bedroom villa with large communal pool is located in Kapparis. Kapparis is an all year round resort, bars and restaurants remain open in the winter months. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the nearest bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest beach (Fireman’s) is only a 10 minutes walk away. Pernera is a short drive away, approx. 5 minutes and Protaras is approx. 10 mins drive with the lively resort of Ayia Napa approx. 15 mins drive. Larnaca airport is 40 minutes drive.
Accommodation & Facilities:
The villa is fully furnished for all your holiday requirements and includes washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave etc. Open plan living area has TV and DVD and dining table with seating for 6 people. Flora villa sleeps up to 4 people with two bedrooms: one with double bed and one has twin single beds. Family bathroom features bath and overhead shower, there is also downstairs toilet. Lovely garden area offers BBQ and patio furniture.
The villa has use of a large communal swimming pool where sunbeds and umbrellas are available free of charge. There is also a kiosk where you can buy snacks and drinks whilst sunbathing in the hot summer months.
