Kapparis an all year round resort is only a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive while the more busy resort of Protaras is a mere 10 minute drive. The villa is in easy reach of Ayia Napa and Protaras by bus or car. Larnaca airport is 40 minutes drive to the villa.

Fully furnished 3 bedroom villa with hot tub and patio furniture comfortably sleeps up to 6 persons. Two bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom is twin.
